Talk about the upcoming trends of $BTC , $ETH and altcoins.

First, let’s discuss BTC:

Last week, I mentioned that the current bearish pressure on BTC is the strongest, and this is also the main reason affecting the market. If BTC breaks below 108000 here, it will lead to further weekly-level retracement.

The deepest retracement may enter the yellow box area, which is the range of 92000—98000.

Now, regarding ETH:

ETH will be affected by BTC's retracement and will consolidate in this range. The lowest point is likely to appear along with BTC's retracement low, possibly leading to a daily-level【M】 pattern that breaks the previous low of 4060, thus washing out positions again.

For the situation with altcoins, I will use $GALA as an example:

Last week, I also mentioned that many old strong altcoins are currently in a【daily-level triangle oscillation】. From April to August, this has lasted nearly 5 months, and this period has been quite exhausting for spot traders.

Generally, before the real momentum of altcoins starts, there will be a【daily-level liquidity sweep】.

So when BTC and ETH simultaneously reach their retracement lows, I personally think many altcoins will also complete a【daily-level liquidity sweep】, and at that time, a real【panic bottom】 will appear here.

When BTC, ETH, and a batch of altcoins retrace to the current stage's lowest point simultaneously, I believe we will see the【market resonance I often mentioned, with movement upwards following the lowest point】.

At that time, BTC and ETH will no longer have the current situation of “disconnection” or “contradictions.” When they once again move upwards in sync, the probability of a broad rally in altcoins will likely arrive.

The above is my view on the most pessimistic and deepest retracement that may occur in the market next, but I also believe this presents a【great entry opportunity】 before the arrival of the【big trend】.
