ChainCatcher news, according to a Metaplanet announcement, the company plans to issue no more than 555 million shares of common stock in overseas markets, with a net fundraising target of 130.334 billion yen (approximately 8.87 billion USD).
The announcement shows that about 123.818 billion yen of the raised funds will be used to purchase Bitcoin, and 6.516 billion yen will be used for Bitcoin yield generation business.
