So, as you already understood from the morning review on Bitcoin, I am laying a fairly high probability on the continuation of the decline, so before giving new setups, we need to build a plan of action, as before! We do not stray from our strategy and system ❌
🔩We are looking at the Dominance of stablecoins, as we usually do before we start taking any actions. At the moment, we are still in a favorable zone for accumulating positions, but not the best, and here’s why:
1️⃣ In the market, as well as on Bitcoin, more and more liquidity is starting to accumulate from below, as people see the bottom with each decline, which actually gives strength to the seller, because with each squeeze, about a billion dollars worth of longs are wiped out, and this is just on Bitcoin... Therefore, if you do not want to lose extra #USDT, then please refrain from new positions for now.
2️⃣ Sliding from above. After the last significant breakout, I was waiting for their retest, where I would confidently enter longs again, but the consolidation below turned out to be quite lengthy, so I had to postpone that option, but now everything is taking on new colors.
➡️Right now, I am highlighting the zone where I will start actively accumulating longs — 4.65-4.8%, exactly where a large amount of liquidity is located, as well as our moving averages: MA200-D and MA365-D, which will provide strong resistance to the transition to stablecoins and strengthen a new wave of purchases in the market ⬆️
