According to reports, CoinList has recently launched a private placement portal called CoinList Alpha, aimed at providing qualified investors with selected opportunities to participate in private placements from seed rounds to financial companies. In its first transaction, CoinList will offer qualified clients the opportunity to participate in the PIPE private placement financing of Solana financial company Sharps Technology (STSS).
