According to Mars Finance and reported by CoinDesk, the cryptocurrency exchange Gemini has partnered with Ripple to launch the XRP credit card, offering users cryptocurrency rewards for various types of spending. This card is similar to Gemini's other cash-back cards and is issued by WebBank. Cardholders can earn up to 4% XRP cash back on fuel, electric vehicle charging, and ride-sharing expenses, 3% cash back on dining, 2% cash back on groceries, and 1% cash back on other transactions. Gemini also stated that they have partnered with designated merchants to offer up to 10% cash back on eligible purchases. The exchange has also expanded the use of Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin as the base currency for spot trading pairs for U.S. users.
