$ETH finally reached a new high today. It took such a long time to break the new high, and I have realized a few things.
1. The first thing: Do not borrow money to trade cryptocurrencies or stocks. It is the correct decisions that make people money, not leveraging that makes people money. I have heard many old OGs who went bankrupt by leveraging to buy ETH, and in the end, they died just before dawn.
2. The second thing: Buy good things (leaders). Even now that ETH has broken a new high, it still hasn't outperformed BTC. Whether it's in terms of returns or certainty, the gap compared to Bitcoin is still too large when calculated comprehensively.
3. The third thing: Wealth does not come through urgent means. When you are constantly thinking about how to get rich quickly, then retreating from the market, and are eager to go all in, blindly betting will cause one to lose rationality. It's a simple truth: a person who is always in a bad emotional state cannot make excellent decisions.
4. The fourth thing: Be rational. A strategy needs to be tested multiple times to see what the results are in different environments, and whether the final result is positive EV. The brain is a liar; it naturally likes to remember beautiful memories while ignoring painful ones. Use rationality to attribute correctly and find the truth.
