Today in the community, someone said a particularly vivid phrase: "ERA is like a universal battery." This made me laugh, but the more I thought about it, the more fitting it seemed.

You see, in the world of Caldera, no matter which rollup you go to, you can't escape ERA. Just like all the appliances in your home, whether it's a remote control or a flashlight, they can all be powered by this battery. ERA is that kind of existence. It won't be limited by a single chain but can circulate throughout the entire ecosystem.

One of the aspects I like most is the sense of security brought by this "universality." Many token stories sound flashy, but the end user may not necessarily benefit from them. ERA is different; its presence is visible to the naked eye: every transaction, every interaction consumes it. You don't need to stare at price charts to feel it being used.

Someone in the community joked: "In the future, when introducing myself, I won't say how much ERA I have, but rather how many 'batteries' are in my wallet." I find that quite interesting. Because it shows that everyone has already regarded ERA as a daily necessity, rather than an unattainable investment target.

This feeling is quite moving. Because in the crypto world, we often get lost in complex narratives, while ERA gives a simple and real sense of presence: it is part of life, just like electricity and water bills, which you use every day.

So, when I look at the ERA in my wallet, what I think about is not the short-term ups and downs, but rather that one day in the future, it will truly act like a battery, silently powering the entire Caldera world.
