Many people encounter two problems when playing with DeFi:

The deposits made yield unstable returns, with significant differences in interest rates from today to tomorrow.

There are too many discrepancies in interest rates across different platforms, with no unified standard.

The Treehouse protocol is designed to solve these two issues. What it aims to do is simple: make on-chain yields more stable, transparent, and easier to understand.

Treehouse has two core tools.

The first is called tAssets, which can be thought of as an "upgraded version of a deposit certificate." For example, when you deposit ETH into the protocol, you receive not a regular staking token, but tAssets. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that the system automatically performs "arbitrage cycles" for you, such as borrowing low-interest funds and then staking, thus compounding returns. The result is that your tAssets will gradually appreciate over time, earning more than simple staking, and they can also be used in other DeFi applications.

The second is called DOR (Decentralized Quote Rate), which is like an "on-chain interest rate table." In traditional finance, there are reference rates like LIBOR and SOFR, but they are centralized and susceptible to manipulation. Treehouse's DOR is generated collaboratively by community members; correct quotes will be rewarded, while incorrect or false data will be penalized. This results in interest rates that are open and fair, which everyone can refer to for pricing loans, bonds, and other products.

In addition, Treehouse has an interesting GoNuts program. As long as you hold tAssets, provide liquidity, or participate in NFT activities, you can earn points as rewards. This way, not only can you make money, but you can also have a more engaging experience.

The core of the entire system is the TREE token. It symbolizes governance rights and will also be used for incentives and ecological construction. According to the plan, Treehouse will officially launch the TREE token (TGE) on July 29, 2025.

In simple terms, Treehouse is like the "on-chain bank" of DeFi: tAssets are your high-yield deposit certificates, DOR is the interest rate benchmark, and TREE and GoNuts serve as the reward mechanisms. It makes on-chain yields more stable, transparent, and more suitable for long-term participation.
