Everyone is eagerly anticipating the central bank's launch of stablecoins, even CZ has personally jumped in to hype it up!
The plot is always so familiar; in the last round, the highly publicized LUNA was linked to the stablecoin USTC. Initially, it was indeed very strong, but did anyone remember the subsequent decoupling and explosion?
No wonder various domestic blockchain projects are seizing the opportunity to hype and ride the wave today,
such as QTUM, IP, VET, FLM, ONG, etc.
This kind of speculation lacks the momentum for sustained growth, but short-term speculation is still worth paying attention to.
I am more optimistic about some sectors with long-term logic, such as RWA, oracles, and stablecoin-related areas.
These directions are what I believe truly possess sustainability.
Associated with stablecoins are:
LINK: Provides data connectivity services, offering technical support for stablecoins and other applications.
MKR: The governance token of the Maker protocol that generates DAI. The protocol's revenue is used for buybacks and burns, giving it value capture capability.
SNX: A synthetic asset protocol, whose stablecoin sUSD is an important component of the ecosystem.
ACH: Provides gateway services between fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies, supporting the settlement of various stablecoins through its payment network.
STG: An important cross-chain bridge protocol for stablecoins, users often use it to transfer assets like USDT and USDC across chains.
CFX: As the only compliant public chain in the country, its ecosystem is actively embracing the issuance and application of HKD and RMB stablecoins.
QNT: Connects traditional finance and blockchain through the Overledger network, its technology can be used for interoperability between central bank digital currencies (CBDC) and stablecoins.
XRP: Has always been committed to cross-border settlements between banks, and its network is suitable for the liquidity of stablecoins and CBDCs.
ETH: The vast majority of stablecoins (USDT, USDC, DAI) were initially issued on Ethereum.
