Family, who understands! Yesterday I was doing cross-chain operations on Caldera, and it felt like driving on a highway with no speed limit! When I used other chains for interactions before, the gas fees were as expensive as trying to grab a ticket during the Spring Festival travel rush, and I had to wait in line. But using ERA to pay the fees was instant — not only was it smooth, but the costs were so low it made me question life! For example, when I transferred assets from Optimistic Rollup to ZK Rollup yesterday, the fee was only 0.5 ERA, which could have cost me a breakfast in ETH.
However, there are drawbacks: there aren’t many wallets that support ERA yet, so I have to manually add tokens each time, which can be discouraging for newcomers. But staking ERA as a validator node is fantastic, with the annualized rate temporarily soaring to 15%, much more thrilling than any wealth management product!
