Solana displaces Ethereum as the home of DeFi
The Solana network has chained ten consecutive months with higher decentralized trading than Ethereum.
Solana is a network known for its memecoin ecosystem, DEX volume on Solana reached USD 124 billion in July, 42% more than Ethereum.
The Artemis platform confirms the trend since October 2024, except for March 2025.
In the last ten months, Solana has established itself as the network with the highest activity in decentralized exchanges (DEX), displacing Ethereum from a space it had historically dominated.
