Continuing to Calm the Mind
Help me write a story, themed 🌸【Cultivating Kindness】
All troubles and pains in life originate from the obsessions and delusions of the heart. Just like a little goose raised in a bottle, when we cling to a certain thought, we become trapped by it, struggling in the confines of self-imposed limitations, even falling into fear and despair.
In fact, the outside world never truly harms us; it is our inherent obsessions that always cause harm. The deeper the obsession, the tighter the chains on our hearts, and the heavier the pain. When faced with difficulties, it might help to look at the issue from a different perspective; when encountering people we find hard to accept, try to understand them from another angle. When we learn to recognize the absurdity of our thoughts, the knots in our hearts will naturally untie, and the obsessions that trap us will dissolve.
As the saying goes, "One thought of obsession brings endless suffering; one thought of letting go is rebirth." The key to making ourselves happy is to stop overthinking and not be bound by delusional thoughts. We must understand that all troubles are illusions we create ourselves. By seeing through the unreality of these thoughts, we can free ourselves from obsession. Letting go of obsession is not about compromise; it is about unbinding ourselves, allowing our souls to attain true freedom and ease. The writing length is short
