The Philippines considers a strategic BTC$BTC reserve 🇵🇭💰
A new bill HB 421 was introduced in the lower house of the Philippine Congress. The proposal requires the Central Bank of the Philippines to create a strategic BTC$BTC reserve:
🔹 Purchase of 2,000 BTC per year for 5 years
🔹 Total: 10,000 BTC
🔹 Assets must be held for at least 20 years
🔹 The reserve cannot be sold or liquidated
