After the staking of the last task is unlocked, just come here to exchange for usdc. Personally, I suggest converting it to usdc first and keeping it here to wait for the next task; otherwise, you'll need to exchange it again later, which is both troublesome and costs gas.

Since the token rewards for the first two tasks will be distributed after the TGE, it's also fine to wait with usdc for the next task and withdraw it together later.
