Ex Populus, the creators of the Xai blockchain, have filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk's company xAI, accusing it of trademark infringement.
The lawsuit states that xAI causes confusion with the Xai brand — a gaming network based on Ethereum. Even the Grok chatbot mistakenly associated both companies.
