I want to share my personal experience. I started investing in stocks at the age of 18 and my account tripled.
I lost a lot of money when I first came into contact with contracts, and then I realized that the crypto world is not a paradise, but a slaughterhouse that magnifies human nature. The violent temptation of 100x leverage has made countless people addicted and eventually harvested.
I personally tried the Martingale strategy: I thought that batch-by-batch replenishment could improve the winning rate, but in extreme market conditions, my emotions were completely out of control and all my funds were dragged into the abyss. That night, I realized what it means to have "cognition lose to human nature."
There are also masters around me who still make money with 200x leverage. There is only one secret: fast in and fast out, never greedy. Two or three orders a day, just enough. But I know that my personality is not so decisive, so I chose another way:
Low leverage (around 2x) Control position size (no more than 10% per time, 25% at most)
Strict stop loss (total drawdown does not exceed 5%)
Treat it like the stock market, with a daily target profit of no more than 10%. This way, I can truly sleep soundly.
My biggest feeling is: high leverage can make short-term profits, but the amount of funds can never be large;
If you really want to go far, you must accept steady growth and stay in the market to wait for opportunities;
The wealth code of the future may not be in contracts, but in spot + Web3 ecosystem.
The real way to get rich in the crypto world is never to get rich overnight, but to overcome the weaknesses of human nature, keep the principal, and accumulate patiently.
When you have made enough money, you should withdraw and grasp the trends of the times, instead of being repeatedly harvested by the market.
