$ETH
Past: Fluctuations relied entirely on Trump
Today: A surge is just a word from Powell
Let's talk about my lesson of 'seeing it right but not acting'
and the games of the financial market
I'll review my operations from last night with everyone
consider it a reminder for all:
Last night I felt something was a bit 'off' with the market
On one hand, the key position broke (false break)
On the other hand, the rebound before the meeting lacked strength
Originally planned long positions, but I ultimately withdrew due to caution
And what happened? The meeting surprisingly released a rare 'dovish' message
The market quickly surged, changing the previous structure
To be honest, we ordinary people can't predict news events, but looking back, the market structure at that time wasn't completely bad; I was just too conservative, a typical case of 'seeing it right but not taking action', and this operation was indeed not good 😭
However, I also want to share a few words about the market:
Before the decline, regarding the 112,000-120,000 range fluctuations
I still maintain this view
ETH just had a surge and is now overbought
At such times, don’t rush to chase
It's safer to wait for a pullback confirmation before acting
And there's an old but particularly important point I want to emphasize:
It’s never the market following the news, but the news following capital
In the financial market, the 'truth' is not that important; what matters is how many people believe those 'statements'. Capital often 'quietly withdraws when everyone believes, and sneaks in when no one believes'.
The news we see, the opinions we hear, and sometimes even our own judgments can be 'pawns' in someone else's hands, aimed at creating a 'false impression' to confuse us, ultimately turning us into 'chopped leeks' to be harvested.
During a decline, negative news always follows, which is actually meant to scare you, making you quickly give up your chips and not daring to bottom fish; during a rise, positive news always follows, actually making you unable to resist chasing highs, providing 'liquidity for capital to escape'.
So in the market,
don't just focus on the news, and don't let emotions lead you astray
Learn to ponder, think independently, and not be misled by superficial fluctuations and news, so you can slightly see through the essence of the market and minimize losses.
