Asset management companies Grayscale, Bitwise, Canary, CoinShares, Franklin, 21Shares, and WisdomTree submitted S-1 amendment documents for the XRP spot ETF. The updated documents changed the structure of some funds, allowing for the creation of XRP or cash and redemption in cash or physical assets, rather than just simple cash creation and redemption. Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart stated: 'These documents are almost certainly in response to feedback from the US SEC. This is a good sign, but it was also basically expected.' (TheBlock)
