Every time a new project issues tokens, the community is always unusually lively. Some people look forward to 'getting rich overnight', while others worry about 'collapsing right after launch'. I can feel this complex emotion in the Bitlayer community as well.
To be honest, I am a bit nervous myself. Because at the moment of launch, the price volatility is so great that it could either be a surprise or a disappointment. But even so, I still feel very excited. For me, the launch of BTR is not just a price event; it feels like a kind of 'ritual'. It represents that the Bitlayer ecosystem finally has its own 'blood', which can truly start to flow.
I remember a friend once said: 'Tokens are the soul of a project.' This statement may be a bit exaggerated, but it is indeed very apt. Because tokens allow you to no longer be just an observer, but to become a participant. Holding BTR is like holding a small part of the future story of Bitlayer.
I am looking forward to seeing the applications of BTR in the ecosystem. For example, using it to pay transaction fees, participate in governance, or as a staking asset... These scenarios make me feel that this is not just a string of cold numbers, but a real sense of 'belonging'.
So, no matter how the price fluctuates, I will remember this feeling: the launch of BTR is an important moment in the growth of the Bitlayer ecosystem. And being able to participate at this moment is itself a kind of luck.
