Getting Started with Binance Chat

Binance has launched a new Chat feature that enables users to communicate within the Binance platform by adding known contacts as friends. This feature consolidates all ongoing and past conversations with the same counterparty into a single Chat for easy access.

Please note, this feature is currently available only on the Binance app. Please ensure your Binance mobile app is updated to the latest version.

How to access the Binance Chat function

1. Log in to your Binance app and tap [Chat] directly from the app homepage.

Alternatively, use the app’s search bar and type “chat” and tap [Chat] to quickly find and open Binance Chat.
