River partners with LayerZero to launch the first Omni-CDP module

According to reports from HashiChain, the DeFi project River has announced its integration with LayerZero to launch the first Omni-CDP module, which supports cross-chain native minting of the stablecoin satUSD. Users can store assets such as BTC, ETH, BNB, or LST on any supported blockchain and directly mint satUSD on another chain without the need for bridging or wrapping assets, thereby eliminating related risks and complexities. The satUSD uses the OFT standard, ensuring value consistency across multiple chains and can be used for DeFi trading, staking, lending, and over 30 other protocols.
