According to the proposal, the BTC staking weight is set at 0.25, allowing BTC to account for up to 25% of the consensus power, with the remaining weight allocated to STRK.
At the same time, WBTC, LBTC, tBTC, and SolvBTC have been approved for staking on Starknet, and the governance rules for the approval of new BTC wrapped tokens have also been officially established. The official plan is to launch this feature in the coming weeks.
