The first microstrategy company to be requested to delist has appeared.
Previously, it was officially announced that the company, Windtree (stock code WINT), which was hoarding $BNB , wanted to transition from a biopharmaceutical company to a microstrategy. Its stock price stayed below $1 for too long, leading to a notification from Nasdaq to delist.
The company had once seen its stock price return above $1 due to the official announcement of its transition to microstrategy, but subsequently, Binance Labs announced an investment in another microstrategy.
This led investors who originally held WINT shares to sell off and instead support CEA Industries (stock code BNC), which also received investments from Pantera, GSR, and Arrington.
This could also be a microcosm of the microstrategy market. Either you gain the official support of the token project party, or you become the leader in the accumulation of mainstream coins; otherwise, you will face the risk of having no buyer liquidity or being delisted.
Currently, the stock price of WINT, combined with after-hours trading, has plummeted by 85%. In contrast, BNC, which has official support, has seen an increase of 8%.
