Today $BTC strongly broke through $70k, and many people started to FOMO. But can we really dive in without thinking?
Here are a few of my observations: 👀👀
* 👉Volume Analysis: Although the price is rising, the trading volume has not increased correspondingly, which may be a short-term concern.
* 👉Capital Flow: The funds in the market are still rotating. In addition to mainstream coins, some altcoins are also stirring, but beware of high-risk coins.
* 👉Sentiment Indicator: The market greed index is approaching extreme values, which is usually a signal to be cautious.
💡My Suggestion: Don't blindly chase the highs. You can build your position in batches or pay attention to some potential coins that have not yet surged significantly. Risk control is always the top priority!
