btc

Market:

btc is currently not at the bottom yet, but it may rebound to around 115300, and then we can consider taking action.

Actions:

In last night's post, I left a short position around 113500, but since it didn't go down, I exited at 114000 with a stop loss.

Insights:

I've been struggling for a long time about stop losses, thinking what if the market hits my stop loss and then goes back up or down? This question has troubled me for a long time, and because of it, I often opened positions repeatedly at stop loss points. Later, I tried many methods, including trailing stop losses or manual stop losses, waiting for the market to stabilize before executing my stop loss. But I eventually realized that all these methods come at the cost of increasing risk (and even the increased risk can still occur), and there is no perfect solution. The answer is actually very simple; we overcomplicated it. This problem is similar to the mistakes we make when we first enter the market, pursuing guaranteed winning strategies. The market has no certainty, only high-probability and low-probability events. When a 'low-probability event' that we think will not happen occurs, it means our recent financial luck has not been good, and we do not deserve to make money. #BTC走势分析
