Pakistani YouTuber Ducky Bhai (Saad-ur-Rehman) was arrested at Lahore Airport on August 17, 2025 for promoting illegal betting apps like Binomo, 1xBet, Bet365, and B9 Game. Authorities accuse him of working as a “Country Manager” for Binomo without authorization and misleading the public into gambling scams.
An FIR under PECA 2016 (amended 2025) and PPC sections 420 & 294-B was registered. His remand has been extended until August 23 as investigators examine 27 videos, WhatsApp contacts, and financial records tied to the apps.
This is part of a wider crackdown by the NCCIA on influencers promoting gambling platforms in Pakistan.
