The BOB network has upgraded its USDT contract to OpenUSDT (oUSDT), enabling smooth cross-chain stablecoin liquidity via Chainlink CCIP and Hyperlane. Existing USDT holders must manually migrate to oUSDT through a 1:1 swap on the BOB App’s migration page. A swap contract with $1 million oUSDT liquidity is available on a first-come, first-served basis until October 29, 2025. After that, migration requires bridging via BOB or OpenUSDT bridges.
