During the day, I went to the Hanging Monastery, saw the filming location of Black Myth: Wukong, and visited Mount Heng in northern Shanxi. When I got there, my mind was filled with the background music of The Smiling, Proud Wanderer. It is said that Linghu Chong and Feng Qingyang are both from Shanxi.

In the evening, I went to see the ancient city of Datong. The name 'Datong' is really nice, it means 'Great Unity Under Heaven.' Many cities have their own ancient districts, but the charm of each city's ancient district is different. While we are still young, and while the elders are still in good health, it's good to go out and see more.

Tomorrow, I will head to Ulanqab to see the grasslands... If I can't go to Ulaanbaatar, visiting Ulanqab can at least fulfill a dream.

The big pancake needs to hold above 1130; when closing the daily line, it must not close below this price. If possible, it would be best to close a 4-hour line above 1135, that way it will be stable, and we can continue to go long. If it runs down again after the US stock market closes at 4 PM, pay attention to 1125 to form a daily double bottom, which would also be reasonable.

Ethereum can turn bullish if it closes a 4-hour line above 4310; if it retraces to 4193-4140 without breaking, then the bottom is raised, which counts as a return to bullish (higher bottom).

SOL needs to perform a bit better; it would be best if it retraces to 180 without breaking. If it breaks, it should stop falling around 178.5-178.

It's normal to feel a lack of confidence after consecutive days of decline.

Today's intra-day surge followed the US stock market again, and we still need to pay attention to the situation after the US stock market closes, from 4 AM to 8 AM.

If you can't stay up late and have positions, just raise your stop-loss level slightly below the key position and reduce in batches. Whether you miss the selling or miss the opportunity, at least you won't lose money.
