🇻🇳 Vietnam plans to license 5 crypto exchanges
Organizations that can participate:
- SSI Securities Corporation
- Technical Securities Corporation (TCBS)
- MB Bank (Military Bank) (signed a partnership with Dunamu - the parent company of Upbit)
Types of assets to be traded:
- $BTC, $ETH, $USDT, $USDC and 50 types of digital assets
- Some RWA assets will also be issued but only for foreign investors
The legal framework is being urgently finalized and may be issued in August 2025
Licensing requirements include a minimum capital of 10 trillion, foreign ownership ratio < 49%, encouraging private participation
