The context:
I placed a sell order for 120 USDT
After a long wait, a buyer has come forward
He marked the payment as "sent" on the platform
Problem: No trace of the transfer in my bank account
Actions taken:
I immediately opened a dispute (appeal) against the buyer to report the non-payment.
