on BOB, when you send #Bitcoin from mainnet, it gets locked up in a special smart contract through the BitVM bridge. yhen, the same amount of BTC shows up on BOB as native btc, not a wrapped token, not a copy.
That’s why it’s just called BTC, the same way ETH on Optimism is still ETH. you’re not trading a fake version; you’re using the real asset but secured and moved through $BOB’s hybrid ZK + BitVM setup.
