According to a report from CoinWorld, Rahul Advani, the Global Policy Co-Lead at Ripple, and Caren Tso, the Policy Manager for Asia-Pacific, presented four best practices for custody at a digital asset custody and stablecoin seminar held in Singapore: compliance design, customized models, operational resilience, and governance. They emphasized that high standards of custody are key to scaling stablecoins, tokenized assets, and cross-border settlements. The seminar highlighted that custody infrastructure needs to support API integration, anti-money laundering tools, and programmable functions while ensuring the security of tokenized commercial assets. Ripple also introduced its RLUSD stablecoin and custody platform, aimed at helping institutions manage digital assets under compliance and operational standards. Advani and Tso stated that with the development of digital finance, custody will be deeply integrated with smart contracts, tokenized assets, and automated compliance, laying the foundation for a scalable and interoperable new financial system.
