📰 STAY INFORMED Decentralized exchanges (DEX) use a Gradual Liquidation mechanism, which differs from traditional exchanges (CEX), where the entire position is liquidated upon reaching a certain price. On DEX, the position is liquidated in stages. When the liquidation price is reached, only 20% of the position is liquidated, and a new level is set at the liquidation price. If the price does not reach the new liquidation level, the position remains protected.
