LUNC is not really in the hands of the community, no matter what some members, validators, or developers claim. Saying it is controlled by the community only misleads people. In reality, control is still tied to TFL and Do Kwon, especially since the case with the SEC has not been settled. There is still a $4.5 billion fine pending, and neither Do Kwon’s personal wallet nor his cold wallets have been blacklisted. Without closing or restricting access to TFL, LFG, Do Kwon’s wallets, and his bank accounts, it’s unrealistic to say the project is community-owned. Terra Classic and USTC have never fully recovered, so it’s misleading when people suggest that everything is now under community control.
