The core lies in the 'three lines determine the universe': 50-day line: determines short-term trend, 200-day line: distinguishes bull and bear markets, volume line: assesses the authenticity of funds.
Looking back to 2017, when Bitcoin broke 5,000 USD, the 50-day line exactly crossed above the 200-day line, and trading volume suddenly surged to three times the six-month average.
At that time, I invested my entire 3 million wedding house fund, ushering in the first bull market that broke 10 million.
But this is only part of the system. The real 'fuse' is my three iron rules:
Single asset holding not exceeding 15%: to diversify risk. In 2018, when Litecoin surged, I only invested 12% of my position, and even though it later fell by 80%, I was still able to weather the storm.
The stop-loss line is the last line of defense: if the 50-day line breaks 8%, cut mainstream coins; if altcoins break 5%, exit. On the eve of the LUNA crash in 2022, the system automatically triggered a stop-loss, and my 1% position only lost 70,000 U, while some people around me ended up with debts of millions.
Only three trades per month: to reduce over-trading and focus on capturing key points.
During the 312 crash in 2020 and the April 2021 pullback, I precisely entered the market according to the system.
Until last week, my last trade was made according to the system rules when the Ethereum 50-day line touched the 200-day line for the third time without breaking; as a result, it rose 15% within three days. This trade pushed my account beyond 1.4 million.
