Last night, a message popped up with a line of red text:
"Bro, I blew up 180,000, can I still turn it around?"

I only replied with eight words: don't think about turning it around yet, just don't die.

Three years ago, I also struggled in the same deep pit. There was only 3620U left in my account, like a pocket emptied out, swaying in the wind. At that time, I believed in all-in betting, in so-called 'teachers', and I believed the next K-line could rewrite my life, but the more I added to my losing position, the bigger the hole became, almost even putting my credit card at risk.

What truly pulled me out was not the market, but an A4 sheet of paper. I forced myself to break down trading into four levels, only allowing myself to advance to the next level after clearing a level. Today, I’m giving you this sheet as is —

Level 1: Stop the Bleeding

Turn off the trading software, take 300U and put it into a separate small exchange, move the rest to a cold wallet.
Set a strict rule for yourself: before this 300U is lost, any recharge behavior counts as a loss. Learn to lose slowly first, only then can you talk about winning.

Level 2: Framework Setup

Only focus on the 4-hour chart of ETH, blacklist everything else.
Write the entry conditions as fill-in-the-blank questions:

① What price level must be reached?

② What is the minimum trading volume?

③ When a reverse signal appears, where do I withdraw to?

If you can’t complete these, no matter how itchy your fingers are to hit the order button, you cannot click it.

Level 3: Snowball Effect

When the profit trades reach twice the risk, take half of the profit out to increase the position; if it retraces to the cost line, immediately kick the principal out.

If you lose two trades in a row, cut your position in half automatically; if you lose two more trades, shut down for two days.

Use Excel to score yourself daily: execute properly earns 1 point, hesitation earns 0 points, impulsive trades lose 1 point. At the end of the month, calculate the total score; only if the score is enough can you add funds.

Level 4: Rhythmization

Print out the commonly used patterns, formulas, and position ratios and stick them on the wall, no changes allowed for three months.

On the last Sunday of each month, open a bottle of beer and ask yourself three questions while looking at the trading records:

Which step's action has deformed?
Which trade can be deleted?
What is the only improvement point for next month?
If the answer exceeds three lines, tear it up and rewrite.

From 3620U to 100,000U, I didn’t rely on insider information or luck; I just broke down the trading into these four levels, like a game, passing each level one by one.

It was only on the day I cleared the 'dungeon' that I understood: recovering losses is not a miracle, but a reward for clearing levels.
If you only have 3000U left now, don’t rush to turn it around; first ask yourself: how many points can I score in this level today?
Once you have enough points, the market will naturally reward you with equipment.

Is the market jumping around and leaving you confused? Are you trapped and don’t know how to get out? Do you even feel like your actions are being misled? Don’t hold it in, come talk to me, and I’ll help clarify your thoughts~
