The investor sent the entire stash to a fresh wallet following a test transaction. The receiving wallet shows no prior activity, suggesting potential preparation for liquidation at current $ETH prices around $4,426.

This follows recent activity from other dormant wallets, including a $9 billion $BTC move from a #Satoshi-era investor facilitated by Galaxy. The market remained stable despite these large-scale movements.
