Trump and Zelensky's talks have begun
According to White House news, Trump told reporters present that Ukraine will not join NATO but will receive security guarantees.
He also stated that there will be no further demands for a ceasefire from Ukraine, but rather a commitment to achieving lasting peace through negotiations.
Trump said: "I don't think we need a ceasefire; a ceasefire would be great because people wouldn't die anymore, but right now we are working towards achieving lasting peace."
