🚨 Concern Regarding Binance P2P Ban 🚨
I have always valued Binance’s security-first approach and have taken every possible step to keep my account safe. A few days ago, I started receiving @Binance emails with my anti-phishing code included — but these contained verification codes even though I hadn’t initiated any action.
As suggested in Binance’s own security guidelines, I immediately changed my password multiple times to ensure safety. Despite my efforts, I was suddenly blocked from using the P2P service, and after submitting proofs to lift the ban, I was informed it was permanent due to zero-tolerance policy.
👉 My concern:
I did not engage in any suspicious activity.
I acted exactly as Binance advised to protect my account.
I’m now penalized for something I did not do.
I fully respect Binance’s security measures and policies, but I kindly ask: How can users feel secure if taking the right steps to protect themselves still leads to a permanent ban?
I hope the Binance team will reconsider and provide a fair resolution.
