Norway's sovereign fund increased its Bitcoin-related holdings by 83% in the second quarter, raising its equivalent from 6,200 BTC to 11,400 BTC, mainly through investments in MicroStrategy and Metaplanet. The fund has a total asset size of up to $1.7 trillion, making it the largest sovereign fund in the world. On the other hand, Thailand officially launched the TouristDigiPay program, allowing foreign tourists to exchange cryptocurrencies for Thai baht for spending. The program will operate within a regulatory sandbox and requires participants to complete strict KYC and due diligence to promote the recovery of the tourism industry
