Multiple Governments and Police Email Accounts Sold Cheaply by Hackers

According to a report from Abnormal, hackers have recently been selling active email accounts of various countries' governments and law enforcement agencies on underground forums, including those from the United States, the United Kingdom, India, Brazil, and Germany. These .gov and .police email accounts are priced as low as $40 each. The related accounts have been compromised and may be used to impersonate official identities to send false legal requests and steal sensitive data, posing serious security risks.
