Here's another one who doesn't know math. 5% of 5000 = 250. And then if he invested 5000$ and comes out with 4500$ he lost 500$ not 1500$.

$Jager Jager: an obvious Ponzi scheme.
I illustrate the problem with Jager perfectly with a simple example.
You invest $5,000. Upon entry, a fee of $250 is deducted: you are left with only $4,750. Then, you make a profit of $500. Your capital therefore rises to $5,250. But at the time of selling, a new fee of $250 applies. Result: you go back down to $5,000.
In this scenario, you made an effort to generate a gain of $500 but in the end, you take out nothing and even more if you exit while down. This is the case for the majority of entrants… 🤦🏻♂️
This is exactly the mechanics of a Ponzi: new entrants fund the old ones, and no matter the increases, the majority will come out as losers.
