1. Do not release the currency (if you are the seller):
- If the buyer sends a fake transfer proof.
Do not press "Received" in the Binance app.
Contact customer support immediately via
the app: [Help Center] - [Open a Ticket].
2. Gather evidence (very important):
- Screen recording of the bank/digital transfer (including time and date).
- Save official Binance conversations (do not delete anything).
- Send a picture of the bank/digital wallet notification (if available).
3. Open a dispute on Binance:
- Inside the app:
Go to [P2P Requests] - [Disputed Transaction]
Choose [Open Dispute].
- Clearly explain the issue (in English or Arabic).

4. Contact the bank if it was a bank transfer:
- Call the bank's customer service immediately.
