🇺🇸 🇮🇳 The Indian financial news network NDTV Profit has cited well-informed sources reporting that the U.S. trade representative has canceled his planned trip to India for discussions from the 25th to the 29th of this month, thus rendering the hopes of an agreement between the two countries before the deadline of the 27th of this month futile. Furthermore, according to Reuters, it is currently not possible to confirm the authenticity of the report. Previously, representatives from both countries had conducted five rounds of negotiations, but these failed after India refused to open its agricultural and dairy markets, as well as to stop purchasing Russian oil.
