Bitcoin Standard Treasury Co (BSTR) is preparing to merge with Cantor Equity Partners (CEPO) to facilitate its listing on Nasdaq.

With a balance of 30,021 Bitcoins, BSTR intends to increase its balance by more than 50,000 with the goal of surpassing MARA Holdings and becoming the second-largest holder of Bitcoin after MicroStrategy.
