Treasury Secretary Scott Piesent says there are no plans to purchase new Bitcoin for Trump’s strategic Bitcoin reserve - which currently holds 198,022 Bitcoin valued at $23.41 billion.

For now, the U.S. government remains a default holder of Bitcoin.
