Dear Binance Support Team,
I want to bring to your immediate attention a very serious scam I recently experienced while using Binance P2P to sell USDT.
I finalized a P2P order worth Rs. 264,000 after confirming the buyer’s details and trading history. The buyer transferred the payment to my bank account, but instead of using his verified account, the money came through a third-party account.
Initially, the payment showed as successful in my account. However, within about an hour, my bank account was blocked, and the funds were frozen because the sender of that third-party account raised a dispute.
I tried to contact the buyer directly — first through calls (no reply) and later through WhatsApp, where he admitted that this was part of a “chain dispute.”
To confirm the situation, I visited my bank branch (OPM). There, I was officially informed that a dispute of Rs. 264,000 had been raised against the transaction.
I have already filed an application with the bank and also reported this issue to Binance. However, Binance Support is now asking for “bank proof.” The challenge is that banks in Pakistan generally don’t issue printouts of internal dispute communications or call recordings, which makes it difficult for me to provide such evidence.

This case clearly violates Binance P2P rules, as the buyer used a third-party account and then manipulated the system to freeze my funds. I kindly request Binance to:
1. Freeze the buyer’s Binance account immediately to prevent further scams.
2. Assist in recovering my blocked funds as soon as possible.
3. Share clear guidance on the specific proof format Binance will accept from the bank, so I can arrange it accordingly.
