#SharpLinkGaming is raising $400 million by selling shares directly to five big investors at $21.76 each.
#AllianceGlobalPartners is handling the deal.
The money will be used to #BuyMoreEther, boosting SharpLink’s crypto reserves above $3Billion
They already hold 728,804 ETH, nearly 1% of all Ether, worth around $3.3 billion.
Most of it is #StakedOnEthereum, earning 1,326 ETH as rewards.
Despite all this, #BusinessIsDown:
★Revenue dropped 30% to $0.7 million
★Net loss was $103.4 million
★This includes $87.8 million lost due to Ethereum’s value change
And $16.4 million in stock payments for advisors
To show commitment to crypto, they appointed:
-#JosephLubin (Ethereum co-founder) as Chairman
-#JosephChalom (ex-BlackRock) as Co-CEO
They believe making #EtherTheirMainAsset gives investors direct exposure to #TheFutureOfFinance
