Synthetix advances the plan to return to the Ethereum mainnet, creating an efficient decentralized trading platform

Recently, Kain Warwick, the founder of Synthetix and Infinex, stated on social media that the Synthetix team is actively advancing the plan to return to the Ethereum mainnet. Kain reflected on the failures of the previous cycle, citing many reasons but no excuses. Two years later, he believes the Ethereum mainnet urgently needs a modern, high-performance perpetual contract decentralized exchange (Perp DEX). Synthetix has returned to its startup state, aiming to rejoin the ranks of top decentralized exchanges in the EVM ecosystem. Kain also pointed out that an off-chain order book combined with a batch settlement engine operates similarly to an optimistic sorter, but all funds remain on the mainnet; this architecture is the best design solution for current perpetual contract products.
