Trump family-backed #American Bitcoin seeks expansion into Japan and Hong Kong

American Bitcoin, supported by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric #TRUMP , plans to grow into Japan and Hong Kong. The company wants to buy a listed business in these regions to build a large #Bitcoin reserve, like MicroStrategy.

It was rebranded this year after joining with Hut 8 and now focuses on #mining and holding Bitcoin. American Bitcoin is set to go public in the U.S. in September 2025 through a merger with Gryphon Digital Mining. Talks for the Asian deals are still in early stages.
